Accreditation
Refunds – in the event of a cancellation, fees will only be refunded in full (minus any charges from third parties i.e banks, repayment plan schemes) where an email has been sent to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. This needs to be written in a formal email regarding the cancellation of subscription before the 7 days period.
Please allow us 7 days from the written notice to process and cancel your membership!
In order to cancel your subscription, you will have to email us, you cannot cancel the subscription manually, yourself.
Once purchased, your accreditation subscription is active depending on what membership option you have selected. In instance of cancelling the subscription, contact our team on [email protected].
E-Checks – Purchases made from Paypal and third-party payment methods will need to be cleared in full before manual download is received
If a previously canceled subscription is reinstated, please note that the accreditation period will reset and commence from the most recent subscription purchase date. This ensures that your accreditation aligns with the updated terms of your renewed subscription, granting you a fresh start along with full access to all associated benefits and resources.
Please be aware that the reinstatement of defaulted accounts is subject to the discretion of the board.
Refunds for Courses
Please note that once the Award in Education and Training (AET) Level 3 Course has been started, no refunds will be issued. Additionally, cancellations must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in the registration process being initiated with the enrolling body, after which the course fee becomes non-refundable.
Any courses purchased and activated to begin the online training automatically become non-refundable, as access to the training material has been granted.
Course Accreditation reserves the right to cancel and process a refund for any courses purchased by individuals suspected of intending to infringe upon copyrights or misuse the course material for unauthorized purposes.
In certain cases, with reasonable justification, the admin team at Course Accreditation may consider full or partial refunds, provided no modules of the course material have been activated. For more information regarding this procedure, please email [email protected] within 7 days of the original purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the same bank account or payment method used for the original purchase. Any third-party processing fees (such as from banks or payment platforms) will be deducted from the refund.
If any course content has been activated, no refunds will be provided.
Transfers
Requests to transfer to alternative courses may be arranged by the Course Accreditation admin team if the request is deemed reasonable.
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing by emailing [email protected] within 10 days of the original purchase date.
For a transfer to be approved, no modules of the originally purchased course must have been activated. Once a course has been activated, it becomes non-transferable.
The first accepted transfer request is free of charge; subsequent transfers will incur an administration fee of £50.00.
Name Changes
If you need to change the name on your certificate, submit a request via email to [email protected]. You must provide a reasonable explanation and valid photo identification showing the name you wish to appear on the certificate.
Name changes can only be processed if the final module of the course has not been completed. Valid reasons include changes due to marriage or civil partnership.
This procedure is in place to prevent multiple certificates being issued under different names for a single course purchase.
Substitutions
Substitutions of account holders or participants are not permitted.
Course Access and Usage
Courses provided by Course Accreditation are accessible for lifetime use, allowing learners to revisit the materials as often as needed.
However, in compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements, if you do not log in or access your course for a period of two years, we are legally obligated to remove your data from our system. If this occurs, access to your course will be revoked unless you log in before the two-year window expires.
